there are two parts of they dryer bed, at the subside install a adjustable motor, mostly optimized the mechanical structure

at reserve drying stage, the rotary machine is with high pressure and weak blowing, to make the wet granules completely dried, at drying stage, lower pressure and stonger blowing, to dry averagely, the last stage is with high blowing ratory machine, to cool the granules fast and soonest.

the two parts of dryer bed can be separated to instead of the traditional dyer which are fixed together. we designed it with handle in each bed, so that we can move and clean it conviniently, besides, there are also small hloes with net in the bed, we can see the whole process of the drying through them.

we can control the drying efficiency by adjusting a special board in dryer bed.
